This experimental Santa Monica hillside house nestles in the treetops, with views of the Pacific Ocean. We refined the organization of living spaces and extensively updated industrial and ad-hoc finishes, while respecting the bones of the original design. The concept was to enhance the home’s spectacular canyon views by encouraging flow between inside and out.
